After many years of chaotic substance use, Rachel moved to North Carolina for a fresh start in 2008 to seek out a path that would allow her to make a difference. She began volunteering with TCHRC in March of 2017 where she developed her passion for harm reduction. She holds a BA in Health and Human Services.
